Lowell tools are utilized in a variety of different industries including: high line, oil, gas, and water pipe line, construction, and industrial. We also manufacture custom tools that can be used in a variety of different industries such as shipping, printing, packaging, aerospace, technology, defense, etc.

Shipping Questions

Unless otherwise specified, shipping terms are FOB Lowell plant, West Boylston, Massachusetts, USA.

Yes, we can drop ship direct to your customer. We would just need their name and shipping address listed on the purchase order or sent via email to customerservice@lowellcorp.com when you place an order.

We will ship your order according to the instructions received from the customer. Most customers provide a Collect Shipping Account Number to ship their orders. If you listed Prepay & Add on your order, we will use FedEx Prepay & Add unless you state for us to use UPS Prepay & Add. All international orders must ship on a collect account.

We do not have an online shopping feature integrated into our website at this time. However, you can send us an email at customerservice@lowellcorp.com to place an order.

No, we do not have any order minimums. You are welcome to order as little or as many as you need. Keep in mind that we are able to offer greater discounts for larger order quantities.

You are welcome to purchase directly from Lowell Corporation. If purchasing on behalf of a company we would just need a copy of the businesses W-9 form and a tax-exemption form, if applicable. If purchasing as an individual we would just need your full name and social security number. All information collected is to be used for tax purposes and will be kept in a secure location. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, Check, and Wire Transfer payments. We require a prepayment for 1st time purchases. For subsequent orders we can establish Terms and would just need 3 credit references, and 1 bank reference to do so. Please contact us to submit a credit application to establish terms. Terms of payment are 1% ten (10), net thirty (30) days.

We will give you a call for your credit card information when your order is ready to ship. We will charge your payment method when your order ships.

Engineering & Repair Questions

Send us an email at customerservice@lowellcorp.com describing your concept for the tool. If possible, mention what type of application(s) the tool is to be used for. Please include any pictures, drawings, required specifications or special material demands so our engineers can determine if this project is something we have the capabilities to assist with.

Many of our wrenches and clutches are repairable. Please send us an email at customerservice@lowellcorp.com with pictures of the product and a description of what needs to be repaired or issues with the functionality of the product. Returns & Warranty Questions

Lowell’s Products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after installation so long as date of installation is less than twenty-four (24) months after date of delivery. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Current models of stock items may be returned, transportation/shipping charges prepaid, for a credit, if prior permission is granted. Restocking/handling charge is a minimum twenty percent (20%) on goods received in resalable condition.
